About the role
Concierge, Nursing Provides direct customer service to all guests, visitors, students, faculty, staff and vendors to the Nursing. Essential functions include welcoming and acknowledging all guests, responding to inquiries, checking email and voicemail boxes, handling phone calls, maintaining a neat and professional lobby area, providing administrative support, attending college meetings, and serving as administrative support for nursing pinning ceremonies. Other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications include a high school diploma, minimum of three years of experience in a customer service role, and demonstrated experience in diverse problem-solving methods. Knowledge of customer service concepts, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Ad Astra are also required.
Competencies include service focus, communication, collaboration, adaptability, time utilization, and continuous improvement.
Physical demands include sitting, repetitive motions with hands/fingers, walking, standing, bending, carrying light items, and lifting up to 25 lbs. Work may also require travel to meetings and conferences.
