BioMed Equipment Tech
Reports To: Director, Facilities Management
Position Summary:
Performs maintenance and repairs on life support and general medical equipment. Controls maintenance costs. Ensures patient and staff safety. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education/Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Associates degree preferred. A minimum of one year of biomedical equipment tech experience required. A minimum of three years of hospital biomedical equipment tech experience preferred. Possess knowledge and able to perform equipment maintenance and repairs on medical equipment. Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: None
