About the role
No Sweat Travel is seeking a creative and highly organized Wellness & Travel Specialist to join its remote client operations team. This role is designed for professionals with strong administrative skills, a passion for hospitality, and excellent attention to detail while managing customized travel experiences from home.
The selected candidate will coordinate complete travel arrangements for corporate and private clients, including wellness retreats, leisure vacations, resort stays, and customized itineraries. The role involves working closely with clients, hotels, resorts, cruise partners, and travel suppliers to ensure smooth booking processes and exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client travel requests and accurately enter booking details into internal CRM systems.
Handle reservations for resorts, wellness packages, excursions, and transportation arrangements.
Coordinate with hotels, resorts, hospitality suppliers, and tour operators to confirm availability, pricing, and special requests.
Communicate with clients regarding reservation updates, itinerary details, and travel modifications.
Maintain organized client records, booking confirmations, and travel documentation.
Verify billing details and ensure accuracy throughout the booking process.
Provide professional support to clients while maintaining high service standards.
Ensure all travel arrangements are processed efficiently and accurately.
Requirements:
Must currently reside in the United States and be legally authorized to work for a US employer without sponsorship.
Basic computer skills with knowledge of web navigation, CRM data entry, email management, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Professional telephone presence and customer service skills.
Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home office workspace.
Must be at least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively.
Strong knowledge of Travel coordination and booking management
Customer service and client relationship management
CRM systems, digital tools, and administrative processes
