About the role
Summary:
Support store fulfillment and merchandise processing while helping provide outstanding customer experiences. This role handles incoming merchandise, customer orders, inventory tasks, and general store support.
Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, unpack, and deliver merchandise to selling departments.
Fulfill, prepare, and ship customer orders according to quality standards.
Use inventory systems to scan, process, and research merchandise shipments.
Help keep selling floors and stockrooms organized and support store events, markdowns, and fixture moves.
Requirements:
Show ownership, accountability, initiative, and attention to detail.
Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and use technology and computer applications.
Work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
Meet the role's physical requirements, including frequent movement, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally.
