Role Overview: The Caregiver provides hands-on support to senior residents, promoting their safety, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities include assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and personal care, while following individualized service plans (ISP) and documenting changes. Engaging residents in conversations and activities, supporting dining services, and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment are key duties. In Memory Care, the role involves creating enriching experiences for residents with memory loss.
Qualifications & Skills: High School Diploma or GED; age 18+ CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain Compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills The role offers paid training, opportunities for career growth, and a competitive pay range.
