The OpportunityAre you ready to turn your passion into a high-octane career? We're looking for a sharp, driven Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our fast-paced team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our store operations, keeping our logistics seamless, our inventory accurate, and our riders ready for action. What You'll Own & Achieve: Master Incoming Logistics: Unpack, verify, and log incoming shipments of top-tier parts and accessories with speed and accuracy. Keep Stock Ready: Ensure gear and parts are perfectly organized and stocked in designated bin locations for smooth store flow. Drive Real-Time Accuracy: Update inventory management systems continuously to reflect live, flawless stock levels. Power Outbound Shipping: Prepare and dispatch customer orders following strict carrier carrier standards (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Maintain Inventory Control: Lead physical inventory counts, reconciliations, and audits to maximize accuracy. Collaborate Across Departments: Partner with our parts counter and service team to keep operations moving without a hitch. Other job duties as assigned. What Brings You to the Team: Hands-On Stamina: Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, pushing up to 850 lbs, ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods of time, and thriving in an active, physical warehouse environment. Sharp Eye for Detail: Pride in precision and high-accuracy data entry. Clear Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills to keep teammates in sync. Fast-Paced Drive: A natural sense of urgency and strong multitasking ability.
Relevant Experience:
Background in warehouse operations, shipping/logistics, or inventory software is a strong plus! Safety First mindset: Ability to safely navigate active dealership premises, vehicle lots, and showrooms around foot traffic and moving vehicles. Loud & Dynamic Environment: Comfort working in loud environments with frequent motorcycle noise, maintaining continuous situational awareness (head on a swivel) around active showroom and warehouse traffic.
