This role is more than marketing, it's about ensuring dignity, comfort, and support during life's most challenging moments.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sourcesEducate healthcare professionals and community groups about hospice services and benefitsServe as a knowledgeable, compassionate resource for patients and families during the referral and admission processDocument outreach activities and maintain accurate records of interactionsEnsure all messaging reflects our commitment to dignity, comfort, and quality careCollaborate with care coordination teams to support smooth transitions for patientsMonitor community needs and identifies opportunities to improve access to hospice careRequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferredMinimum 3 years of healthcare marketing experience, hospice experience strongly preferredStrong communication, relationship-building, and public relations skillsAbility to work independently while maintaining a compassionate, patient-first approachDemonstrated organizational skills and ability to meet outreach goalsReliable transportation, valid AZ driver's license, and proof of insuranceBenefitsMedical / Dental / Vision InsurancePaid Time Off401(k) matchingEmployee Assistance ProgramFSA / HSALife InsuranceEmployee Referral Program
