Description Pharmacy Manager | Blue Springs, MO Full-Time | $145,000–$165,000/year based on experience + $10,000 sign-on bonus Monday - Friday 9AM - 5:30PM & Rotating Saturday 10AM - 2PM | 100% Employee-Owned |Neighborhood is now hiring a Pharmacy Manager to lead and nuture our Blue Springs, MO team. Neighborhood LTC Pharmacy is a 100% employee-owned, closed-door pharmacy specializing in care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) and behavioral health needs. Lead daily pharmacy operations and workflow Hire, train and support your pharmacy team Oversee medication dispensing, verification and quality assurance Maintain compliance with state and federal pharmacy regulations Build relationships with local agencies and providers Partner with Neighborhood leadership as the pharmacy grows We're looking for someone who knows pharmacy and knows how to lead people.145,000–$165,000/year based on experience + $10,000 sign on bonus Medical, dental + vision insurance Flexible PTOCompany-paid life insurance Sundays + major U.S. holidays off Our pharmacy teams include employees with IDD, and we value the different strengths and perspectives people bring to the team.
