About the role
We're partnered with a leading Biopharmaceutical client operating in the Neuroscience therapeutic area looking to expand their growing Field Medical team across the country. They're looking to bring in a Senior Medical Science Liaison to serve as a trusted scientific partner to key opinion leaders (KOLs), academic investigators, and treating neurologists and psychiatrists.
What You'll Do:
Develop and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs, investigators, and treatment centers across your region Deliver balanced, non-promotional scientific exchange on the neuroscience pipeline and disease state landscape Support investigator-initiated trials (IITs) and identify strategic research collaborations Provide clinical and scientific support at national and regional congresses Serve as a scientific resource for cross-functional partners in Clinical Development, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Deliver competitive intelligence and field insights to inform medical strategy
What You Bring:
PharmD, PhD, MD, or equivalent advanced degree in a life sciences field 3+ years of MSL experience; neurology therapeutic area experience strongly preferred Deep understanding of the KOL landscape and academic medical center ecosystem in the region Compensation + Growth Competitive base salary + annual bonus + LTIComprehensive benefits package + 401k Match Multiple career growth paths into either field leadership or internal strategy
