Locums Cognitive / Behavioral Neurointerventional Opportunity We are seeking a Locums Cognitive / Behavioral Neurointerventional to provide outpatient clinic-only coverage in Hackensack, New Jersey. This role focuses on the evaluation and longitudinal management of patients with cognitive and neurodegenerative disorders in a collaborative, well-supported clinical environment.
Compensation: $250 Per Hour
Assignment Overview
Practice Setting: Outpatient clinic only
Patient Population: Adults ages 22 and older, predominantly geriatric
Coverage Need: Ongoing locums support ScheduleDays per Week: Minimum of 4 days per week required
Hours: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (8-hour days)
Days: Flexible based on provider availability
No call, no weekends Patient VolumeDaily Mix: Combination of new and follow-up patients Approximately 3–4 new patients per day Approximately 6–8 follow-up visits per day Typical Conditions Treated Alzheimer's disease Dementia (including Parkinson's-related dementia) Cognitive impairment and memory disorders Clinical Environment Procedures: None requiredEMR System: Epic
Requirements:
  • Completion of a Cognitive Neurology and/or Behavioral Neurology Fellowship
  • Dementia Fellowship strongly preferred
  • Board certification or eligibility in Neurology
  • Active or eligible New Jersey medical license
  • Strong experience in outpatient cognitive and dementia care
