About the role

We're looking for a self-directed growth operator to own outbound lead generation and early-stage business development at FlowFi. This is not a traditional SDR role. You won't have a manager assigning daily tasks, and you won't have a team of peers to lean on for structure or motivation. You'll set your own targets (within company goals), build your own systems, and be accountable for your own output — with full ownership over how you get there. This role is built for someone who does their best work with minimal oversight: someone who's energized by ambiguity rather than anxious about it, who tracks their own metrics obsessively because they want to know how they're doing — not because someone's checking.
What You'll Do:
  • Independently source, qualify, and generate a pipeline of leads for the sales/growth funnel
  • Build and refine your own outbound systems, sequences, and prospecting workflows
  • Set weekly/monthly targets for yourself in line with company growth goals, and report on them proactively
  • Test and iterate on outreach channels, messaging, and targeting without waiting for direction
  • Track and own your own metrics (activity, conversion, pipeline value) using CRM/tools of your choice
  • Flag what's working and what isn't — you're expected to self-correct, not wait for a review cycle
What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in business development, sales development, or lead generation
  • A track record of hitting self-set or loosely-defined goals without close supervision
  • Strong quantitative instincts — you default to measuring things, not guessing
  • Comfort with solitude in the work itself: no team stand-ups, no peer accountability structure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for outreach
Resourcefulness — you solve your own problems and build your own process rather than asking "what should I do?"FlowFi is an equal opportunity employer. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
