About the role

-Ensure safe working conditions and compliance with all safety and environmental practices and procedures.-Develop and execute energy isolation plans for maintenance activities.-Operate and monitor plant and process equipment and associated systems.-Maximize production by maintaining equipment runtime and ensuring equipment operates within product specifications.-Complete daily equipment read-ups and follow up on parameters outside of normal operating ranges.-Troubleshoot operational, mechanical and electrical equipment issues.-Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.-Identify required maintenance on plant equipment and related systems and complete computer work orders.-Prepare plant equipment and piping systems for maintenance activities.-Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to address equipment issues and support production.-Develop and update work instructions, SOPs and process sheets as needed.-Build and assemble modules or equipment needed to support production when issues arise.-Support robotics and automation equipment as needed.-Share knowledge with co-workers and contribute to team goals and objectives.-Maintain required training and emergency preparedness skills to assist with plant emergencies.-Maintain a clean, safe and organized production environment.
Qualifications: -4+ years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial or production environment-Strong hands-on mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance experience-Experience troubleshooting and repairing manufacturing equipment and machinery-Electrical troubleshooting experience
