Senior Paid Media Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive full-time, in-office role based in Downtown Los Angeles Opportunity to work with top retail media platforms including Target, Kroger, and Walmart Collaborate with a talented creative and brand team in a supportive culture Career growth in an innovative food and beverage company Senior Paid Media Manager Requirements & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field Minimum 5+ years of paid media experience, preferably with a food or beverage CPG brand or agency Proven success managing retail media campaigns across Target, Kroger, Walmart, and other networks Hands-on expertise with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and retailer self-serve platforms Experience managing paid social agencies and holding partners accountable to performance goals Strong skills in paid social (Meta, TikTok), paid search, YouTube, and CTV buying Analytical proficiency with key performance metrics such as ROAS, iROAS, CPA, CPM, CTR, and new-to-brand tracking Experience building cross-platform reporting and presenting insights to senior leadership Ability to manage budgets, forecasting, and media pacing effectively Senior Paid Media Manager Preferred Background & Skills Familiarity with retail media management tools and syndicated sales data Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask under tight deadlines Independent working style with excellent collaboration across cross-functional teams Senior Paid Media Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Own and execute paid media strategy, planning, and budgets across retail media, paid social, search, and CTVPlan, launch, and optimize campaigns on retail media networks including Target (Roundel), Kroger Precision Marketing, and Walmart Connect to increase sales and new-to-brand buyers Manage day-to-day campaign setup, targeting, bidding, pacing, and optimization directly within platforms Lead and manage paid social agencies and media partners, setting goals and ensuring strong performance Drive paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok, paid search and YouTube initiatives, and CTV buys to build brand awareness and demand Use data and analytics to optimize campaigns, budgets, audiences, and creative, with continuous testing and iteration Collaborate with creative teams to develop and refine content that performs well in paid media, with special attention to food and beverage trends Lead reporting efforts, consolidating performance data and presenting clear insights and recommendations to leadership Manage monthly media budgets, forecasting, and pacing to maximize efficiency and returns Employ advanced measurement and attribution techniques, including incrementality testing and retailer closed-loop data, for optimized budget allocation Identify and test emerging media channels and tactics aligned with brand objectives This role offers a unique blend of strategic ownership and tactical execution for a growing brand in a vibrant retail media landscape.
