Job Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Greeter to join our team. As a Greeter, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing a welcoming and positive experience.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers as they enter the store or establishment Assist customers with locating products or services Provide information about promotions or special offers Direct customers to the appropriate department or staff member Maintain a tidy and organized entrance area Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly Requirements: Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred Proficiency in POS systems for processing transactions Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Basic math skills for handling cash transactions Sales-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills Effective time management abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently Knowledge of appliance sales is a plus Familiarity with retail math concepts for pricing and discounts Experience in cash handling procedures Ability to upsell products or services to customers
