About the role
Leading media strategy and client relationships for pharmaceutical accounts, the full-time salaried Pharma Media Director will develop audience plans, collaborate cross-functionally, and guide campaign performance while working remotely or from any office location within the United States.
Key responsibilities
Own day-to-day media strategy development and client relationships, focusing on HCP audiences and integrated HCP/DTC programs
Translate client business objectives into audience strategies, channel recommendations, and optimization plans
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated media solutions and apply data insights to planning
Required qualifications
7+ years of media experience with a strong background in pharma marketing and HCP strategy
Practical understanding of patient-level data, MMM, attribution, and experimentation in media planning
Experience with integrated HCP and DTC programs, particularly in oncology, is highly desired
Hands-on execution experience in programmatic, paid search, SEO/GEO, or paid social is a plus
Strong communication skills to simplify complex media concepts for clients and internal partners
