About the role

Revere Health is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Practitioner (NP/PA) to join our Cardiology team in Utah. You will conduct comprehensive assessments, collaborate with cardiologists, and manage chronic cardiovascular conditions as part of a value-based care approach. The role emphasizes patient education, teamwork, and accurate EMR documentation, with standard hours Monday–Friday, 8–5.
