About the role
The Executive Recruiter is responsible for leading full-cycle executive search efforts for senior-level leadership roles across the organization. This individual partners closely with executive leadership, HR, and key stakeholders to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans that attract and secure top-tier leadership talent. This role requires strong business acumen, consultative partnership skills, and the ability to manage complex, high-visibility searches in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.This position will be onsite 3-4 days a week at 475 South Street in Morristown, NJ3 Month Contract.. possibly can go longer
Key Accountabilities:
Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior-level and executive roles (Director through C-suite).Facilitate executive search intake meetings and develop calibration profiles. Develop customized search strategies to attract top talent. Conduct in-depth screening interviews and competency-based assessments. Deliver detailed candidate summaries and coordinate the full-cycle interview and selection process with hiring teams. Oversee all phases of executive search including sourcing, interview coordination, debriefs, offer negotiation, and onboarding transition. Manage expectations and maintain consistent communication throughout the search lifecycle. Develop interview tools and evaluation scorecards to ensure consistency and compliance. Guide leaders through structured, equitable, and compliant selection processes. Partner with compensation to structure competitive executive compensation packages. Coordinate all travel logistics for onsite interviews, including flights, hotel accommodations, and ground transportation. Manage relationships and negotiate preferred rates with all relevant vendors including hotels, car service, catering, etc. Maintain confidentiality and discretion throughout sensitive searches. Track recruitment metrics and provide reporting to leadership. Stay informed on healthcare industry hiring trends, labor market conditions, and talent acquisition best practices. Other related tasks as assigned. Education Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field.
Relevant Experience:
3 years of proven experience recruiting clinical and operational leaders within hospitals, health systems, or physician enterprises. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Experience with sourcing tools and methods. In-depth knowledge of the healthcare market and talent landscape. Demonstrated experience advising C-suite stakeholders.
