Ahead ABA in Gaithersburg, MD seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to grow with us. You will build and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise and train RBTs, run assessments, and collaborate with families to support each child's progress. We offer hourly pay of $105 to $115 with a flexible caseload. Active BCBA certification and a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field are required.
