Mid-Level Franchise & Distribution Associate Direct Counsel is representing a leading AmLaw 100 firm seeking a Mid-Level Associate with 3–5 years of experience to join its nationally recognized Franchise & Distribution Practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated transactional matters involving franchise, licensing, distribution, M&A, and general corporate matters.
Key Responsibilities: Advise clients on franchise, licensing, and distribution matters. Support franchise program development, regulatory compliance, and commercial agreements. Assist with domestic and international expansion strategies. Handle franchise-related M&A and other corporate transactions. Work directly with clients on sophisticated matters and assume significant responsibility.
Qualifications: 3–5 years of experience in M&A, general corporate, and/or licensing matters. Franchise experience preferred but not required. Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage a demanding workload.
