The facility maintains a support team of 10 psychiatrists and psychiatric nurse practitioners to facilitate continuity of inpatient psychiatric care. Clinical operations are structured to deliver inpatient psychiatric services on a full-time, day shift basis within an on-site environment.

About the Clinician's Workday:
Clinicians in this role will provide full-time inpatient psychiatric services for an adult population, working day shifts Monday through Friday totaling 40 hours per week on-site. Clinical responsibilities include conducting psychiatric evaluations and providing medication management within the inpatient setting. The schedule is Monday through Friday with no weekend or on-call obligations required.
