About the role

Arcadis U.S.Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Architect with 12+ years of experience to lead the design and delivery of a large-scale bus maintenance and repair facility. The role focuses on industrial and transportation facility design and design-build delivery, coordinating complex systems and stakeholder requirements. You will oversee construction phase services, ensure compliance with codes and sustainability standards, and guide project documentation and RFIs throughout construction.
