Senior Accountant Our client is seeking a Senior Accountant to strengthen core accounting operations through process optimization and documentation. This Senior Accountant role is project-focused and ideal for someone who excels at creating structure, improving workflows, and partnering across teams. As a Senior Accountant, you will bring clarity and consistency to complex accounting processes. Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant Lead SOP documentation across GL, AP, AR, and onboarding functions Evaluate workflows, identify gaps, and implement improvements Partner with leadership and GL team to streamline procedures Support budgeting as a technical accounting resource Drive cross-training and knowledge transfer through clear documentation Qualifications for the Senior Accountant Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred) AppFolio experience and property/community management accounting background Proven success documenting SOPs and improving processes Strong attention to detail with clear communication skills
