Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into Workday configurations. Configuration: Perform hands-on configuration of Workday modules, including HCM, Financials, Absence, Time Tracking, and many more! Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Workday and other enterprise systems. Testing: Conduct unit and system testing to ensure solutions meet client specifications. Training and Support: Provide training to client teams and support them through go-live and post-implementation phases. Best Practices: Advise clients on Workday best practices and optimization strategies to enhance their business processes.
Qualifications:
Workday Certification: Must either be actively or previously Workday certified within any Workday module.
Experience:
Minimum of 3+ years of hands-on Workday implementation and configuration experience.
Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently. Client Focus: Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients and manage their expectations. Flexibility: Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing client needs.*Note: This isn't for one specific position.
