Responsibilities:
  • Assist members with questions regarding their health plans and benefits
  • Help members locate providers and access services
  • Resolve concerns with professionalism, empathy, and strong problem-solving skills
  • Document member interactions accurately
  • Work with internal teams to address complex member issues
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience on every interaction Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of customer service experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  • Insurance or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required What We're Looking For:
