About the role
To deepen broker relationships and drive sustainable growth, the full-time remote Broker Relations Senior Advisor will shape strategies, lead broker engagement initiatives, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Lead the broker growth strategy and annual operating plan, aligning with enterprise and regional goals
Build and maintain strategic relationships with brokers and intermediary partners to enhance satisfaction and retention
Utilize analytics and market insights to develop broker value propositions and go-to-market strategies
Required qualifications
Minimum 8+ years of experience in broker relations, sales strategy, or business development within healthcare or insurance
Proven track record of building commercial strategies that drive measurable business growth
Strong relationship management skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Experience using market insights and performance data to shape strategic decisions
Ability to create executive-ready materials and presentations
