About the role

Our mission is to serve the Brooklyn community with free healthcare through clinical research! Clindove Research is hiring a Part-Time Clinical Research Coordinator to take primary ownership of the recruitment growth for one active clinical trial at our Brooklyn research site. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient-facing work, is organized, and is motivated by recruitment and enrollment goals.
Responsibilities: Recruit and prescreen potential study participants Follow up with patient leads by phone, text, and email Schedule screening visits and reduce no-shows Review basic medical history against study eligibility criteria Coordinate screening and study visits Maintain accurate study documentation and patient tracking Work closely with the PI and research team to improve enrollment Track recruitment metrics and proactively identify ways to increase enrollment
What We’re Looking For: Strong communication and patient-facing skills Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable making a high volume of patient calls Able to work independently and take ownership of a study Goal-oriented and comfortable being measured on recruitment performance Position Details
