About the role

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Patient Service Specialist to be the first point of care, guiding patients through admission with accuracy, compassion, and confidence at our imaging centers. You will greet patients, verify insurance, and process documentation to ensure every visit starts with clarity and smooth flow. You'll support front desk operations in a fast-paced, collaborative healthcare team and help resolve scheduling and registration issues while maintaining a positive patient
