Work Location: West Hills, CA, USAWork Schedule Monday-Friday 0730-1600, including rotating calls weekdays, weekends and holidays as assigned

Key Responsibilities: Prepare endoscopy suites with appropriate sterile supplies, instruments, and functioning equipment. Assist physicians during procedures such as colonoscopies, EGDs and other endoscopic procedures. Clean, disinfect, and sterilize endoscopes and related instruments in compliance with hospital infection prevention policies and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain and troubleshoot endoscopic equipment, promptly reporting malfunctions. Monitor and support patient comfort and safety under nursing supervision. Accurately document scope usage, cleaning logs, and equipment tracking. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work area. Adhere to hospital policies, safety standards, and HIPAA regulations at all times. Certification as a GI Technician, Surgical Technician - preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in endoscopy (with interventional) and sterile processing - required. Knowledge of infection control, equipment sterilization, and patient care protocols. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods. Manual dexterity to handle instruments and equipment. Able to take call.
