Lead Maintenance Technician

Lead Facility Operations personnel and perform hands-on maintenance to keep commercial or industrial facilities and equipment operating safely and efficiently. Plan and assign work orders and preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, allocate resources, and guide technicians in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance. Plan, prioritize, assign, review, and participate in Facility Operations personnel work. Provide guidance on equipment repair procedures and the proper use of maintenance materials. Schedule and plan work orders and preventive maintenance to meet deadlines. Identify resource needs and allocate resources for maintenance work. Train personnel in preventive maintenance, technical procedures, and repair safety inspections. Coordinate repairs with site operations and perform routine plumbing, electrical, and HVAC maintenance.
