About the role

PDS Tech, Inc. is seeking a Staff Engineer, Hardware Test - Thermal, to lead test activities for thermal and mechanical systems, including trays, racks and related equipment. The role focuses on planning, resource coordination, data collection, and analysis to verify performance to specification. You will develop automated test methods, scripts, and instrumentation strategies, while coordinating with lab staff and engineering teams to drive successful test programs.
