Building EngineerPay Rate: 50 - 59/HR Hours: M-F 7:30am - 4pm with some on-call work as OT Location: 22010 SE 51st St Issaquah, WAOverview of Work Environment/Client Nuances: Multi-use facility - 135,000 sq feet, 2 story office building Team Overview: This is independent work but will report into the FM Resource's typical working day: PM's on HVAC equipment General maintenance work/PM's Moving furniture Ceiling tile repair Basic electrical work Basic plumbing Maintain refrigeration/freezers Set up for eventsLicenses/Certifications: 06A license - Required Universal Refrigerant license - Required City of Seattle Refrigerant license - Highly preferred Must Have Skills: HVAC skills General maintenance skills Basic plumbing skills Basic electrical skills Nice to have skills: Any advanced skills Good researching skillsSoft Skills: Client facing role, so high level of professionalism and good customer service skills Years of Experience: 5+ years Education h.s. diploma or GED Software skills: Basic computer skills Microsoft office skills Email skills
