About the role

ZR Per Diem Services is a legal services company and industry leader in its space. We are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to serve as a key connection point between our clients, Sales, and Operations teams. This is a relationship-focused role for someone who enjoys working with clients, solving problems, understanding how a business operates, and identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships. Important: While the company is remote, this role does require in-person sales and client meetings in NYC, Long Island, Westchester, and NJ. Must be available and willing to travel for work.
What You’ll Do: Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and follow-up. Help convert marketing-generated leads into client relationships. Build strong client relationships through regular communication and thoughtful follow-through. Work with Sales and Operations to resolve client issues Identify account trends, including clients who are growing, disengaging, frustrated, or may benefit from additional services. Support efforts to re-engage inactive or declining accounts. Learn our business processes to ensure success in role Maintain accurate client notes and follow-up activity in Hub Spot. Take ownership of issues and follow them through to resolution.
What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for someone who is relationship-oriented, curious, organized, and proactive. You should be comfortable picking up the phone, asking thoughtful questions, solving problems, and taking ownership. Strong communication, judgment, problem-solving, and follow-through skills. Experience in client relations, account management, customer success, professional services, sales support, operations, or a similar client-facing role preferred. Experience with law firms or legal services is helpful, but not required. Attorneys, JDs, or candidates with legal industry experience are preferred, but not required. Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems. Familiarity with Hub Spot or another CRM, Google Workspace, and Slack is a plus.
