Eagle is seeking a Chief of Staff to work alongside the founders, building strategic partnerships with engineering firms and supporting Eagle's operations. The role mixes onsite partnership work with core company growth, including leadership of important conversations and decisive actions.
The candidate will travel to partner firms, drive the 90‑day plan, and own relationships from first call to signed agreement. NYC-based preferred, with potential travel across the US as partnerships unfold.
