Job Description: Job Description Machine Operator 1st Shift Ewing NJWe're hiring a reliable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team at USA Tolerance Rings, the only domestic producer of Tolerance Rings in the country! As a Machinist, you'll work hands on in a safety focused facility producing high precision steel rings for various applications in Aerospace, automotive, and more. What You'll Do: Set up and operate production machinery to make precision tolerance rings Load raw materials and monitor machines during production runs Perform in process quality checks using measuring tools Follow engineering drawings and work instructions to craft tolerance rings in accordance with request Identify defects and rework parts as needed Record production and inspection information Perform routine machine cleaning and maintenance
What We're Looking For: 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment required, working in the bearing industry strongly preferred Previous experience with steel forming, stamping, or tolerance ring production Basic ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using all units of measure, including whole numbers, fractions, and decimals Experience using measurement tools for precision such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges Comfortable reading basic engineering drawings and translating them into correct machine setup and operation Reliable, eager to learn, and detail-oriented, with a genuine willingness to learn the craft rather than rush the process
Compensation & Benefits: Closed between Christmas and New Year's Eve 3 Weeks PTO including paid Sick leave in accordance with NJ Sick Leave.
