Job description: Sales Manager – New Brunswick, NJFull-time, on-site position responsible for leading a sales team, developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and driving revenue growth across skincare, haircare, and cosmetic product lines.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and coach the sales team and monitor sales targets. Develop strategies to increase revenue and expand market opportunities. Manage supplier and customer relationships, pricing, and contracts. Oversee key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. Track sales performance, forecasts, pipelines, and reports. Collaborate with operations and marketing teams. Identify new business opportunities and implement sales best practices.
Qualifications: Sales management and team leadership experience. Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and account management skills. Experience with sales strategies, forecasting, and performance analysis. Background in beauty, skincare, haircare, cosmetics, wholesale, or distribution preferred. CRM and Microsoft Office proficiency. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience. Ability to work on-site in New Brunswick, NJ and travel occasionally.
