The Women's Ministry (WM) team is hiring a full-time Women’s Ministry Groups Director at our Bella Vista Campus. A fitting candidate will thrive as a team player and partner well with Campus Team and fellow WM Directors to oversee the connection, care, and discipleship of women. Women’s Ministry Groups Directors excel at building relationships, overseeing small group ministry, building leaders teams, developing leaders, teaching the bible, and hosting events.
What you will do:
Partner well with Campus Staff Team to ensure cohesion in discipleship efforts churchwide
Contribute to and implement Women’s Ministry strategy
Champion one aspect of Women’s Ministry for all of Ada Bible Church
Identify and onboard potential coaches, leaders, mentors and volunteers
Build and maintain strong coach and leader relationships and teams
Carry out annual leadership development plan
Form, oversee, and track small groups
Work with Campus Pastor, Coaches and Leaders to identify and address care opportunities – regularly pairing women with mentors
Direct both large and small WM events
Champion large group bible teaching, leader training and event hosting
Maintain accurate tracking of various aspects of the work
Partner well with fellow WM Director to provide consistent, intentional Weekend Service presence
Proactively connect unconnected women to a Discipleship Environment
Attend Campus Staff and Ministry meetings with other departments
You might be a good candidate for the position if you have:
Deep biblical knowledge
Strong public/platform speaking skills – compelling, clear communicator
Ability to accomplish objectives through others, lead and develop others
Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet all deadlines
Ability to negotiate tense or sensitive situations and resolve conflict
Ability to appropriately handle confidential information
Who we’re looking for one who:
Excels in a collaborative, highly relational environment
Possess a vibrant, contagious love for Jesus and others
Has strong personal, spiritual practices
Has an education in Biblical studies, ministry, or related field preferred
Is experienced with overseeing small groups (2+ years preferred)
Is a builder of relationships and partners well with others
Skillfully manages details and meet deadlines
Is Proficient in Microsoft applications
What you will do:

Finally, you should be a committed Christian living a life of obedience to Christ. Membership at Ada Bible Church is not a prerequisite for hire, but you should be willing to become a member within 90 days of hire and have beliefs consistent with our statement of faith and staff values.
