About the role
An account representative at Point Haus Group Inc acts as the primary link between a company and its clients, managing existing accounts, securing new business, and ensuring customer satisfaction What You’ll Do:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals. Prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, and presentations. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, customer service) to ensure seamless client experiences. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. Track account activity and maintain accurate records in CRM software. What We’re Looking For:Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. A proactive, problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently. Experience in account management, sales, or customer service (1–3 years preferred).
