About the role

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Office Support Assistant to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support. The successful candidate will assist with office organization, documentation, data entry, communication, and general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office.
Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff and management. Answer telephone calls, respond to routine inquiries, and direct messages appropriately. Receive and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional manner. Prepare, organize, photocopy, scan, print, and distribute documents. Perform data entry and maintain accurate electronic and paper records. Organize and maintain files, records, correspondence, and office documents. Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence. Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and office activities. Monitor office supplies and assist with purchasing and inventory management. Maintain an organized, clean, and professional office environment. Assist with preparing reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other administrative materials. Support staff with routine administrative tasks and special projects. Handle confidential information appropriately and maintain discretion. Liaise with internal departments and external contacts as required. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration training is an advantage. Previous experience in office administration, clerical support, or a similar position is preferred. Good written and verbal communication skills. Basic to intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Professional, dependable, and cooperative attitude. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
