Devotion Industries — New York, NY or Remote Devotion builds and operates large-scale creator communities for ambitious consumer brands. Our platform combines AI-powered creator sourcing with operational infrastructure to help brands recruit thousands of creators, run gifting programs, and generate high-volume, culturally relevant content. Devotion was founded by Jonathan Kroopf (former TikTok Creator Marketplace) and Camila Tellez (founder of Parade, which scaled a 75K+ ambassador community that helped drive $100M+ in revenue). We work with some of the most innovative consumer brands building today.
Role Overview: We’re looking for a Creator Programs Intern to help support the execution of large-scale creator recruitment programs. This role focuses heavily on quality control of our AI creator sourcing systems and large-scale creator outreach. You’ll help review creators identified by our algorithms, validate content quality, and recruit creators directly through social platforms. It’s a highly operational role for someone with strong instincts for social content and creator culture.
What You'll Do:
  • Review creators sourced by our AI systems to ensure the algorithm is identifying the right accounts
  • Provide quality checks on AI content review
  • Flag false positives and help improve sourcing accuracy through feedback loops
  • Conduct large-scale DM outreach to recruit creators across TikTok and Instagram
  • Track outreach and responses to help improve creator recruitment performance
  • Identify standout creators and emerging content trends

  • Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and creator culture
  • Comfortable reviewing large volumes of content quickly
  • Strong written communication for outreach to creators
  • Highly detail-oriented and organized
  • Interest in the creator economy and AI-powered platforms
  • Working toward a degree at a top university with a strong academic track record
  • DetailsNew York or Remoteinternship - available for part time while pursuing degree with option for more hours during summer break
