Role Description: The Executive Assistant will provide comprehensive executive administrative support to the CEO, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations. This full-time, on-site role in Omaha, NE includes managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel, preparing expense reports, and organizing executive correspondence. The position involves handling confidential information, drafting and editing documents, creating presentations, and supporting internal and external communications. The Executive Assistant will also assist with meeting preparation, follow-up tasks, and general administrative support, helping the executive team stay organized and focused on strategic priorities.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills, including calendar management and meeting coordination. Candidates should possess experience with Expense Reports and related financial documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal stakeholders and external partners. Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, word processing, presentation software).Ability to maintain confidentiality, demonstrate sound judgment, and work independently Previous experience supporting executives or senior leaders or in project management High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or related field preferred.
