About the role
University of Missouri's Department of Dermatology is seeking a full time Dermatologist and Dermatopathologist to expand and grow our clinical mission. This provider will see patients in our main clinic located in Columbia, Missouri and review slides and interpret clinical findings in our Dermpath Lab. Department of Dermatology, University of Missouri, offers patients with all types of skin conditions some of the latest medical and surgical treatment options, as well as the opportunity to enroll in therapeutic clinical trials. Our dermatologists are committed to increasing our understanding of dermatologic diseases through innovative research. Our department has 10 residents and a Micrographic Surgery and Dermatologic Oncology Fellow. Both programs are ACGME-accredited. Flexibility for an individual applicant's career goals is available as promotion can occur on either tenure-track or non-tenure track pathways. For those interested in a tenure-track position, research support is available. We offer a very attractive incentive-based compensation plan with excellent benefits and retirement.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
