About the role
Job DescriptionA great opportunity to be a key team member in the Planning and Site Design Department. The Civil/Site Design Engineer will design a wide variety of projects ranging from small to large projects in the residential, commercial, educational, etc., categories. Responsibilities include but are not limited to managing and developing site design (from conception through final approval), stormwater management, grading, erosion and sedimentation control, site investigation, and researching state and local design standards. This position involves both drafting and designing your own work.QualificationsRequirements:PA P.E.PreferredE.I.T.Required4 - 10+ years of relevant experienceMust have proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3DLand Development and Site Design experienceStormwater Management, Grading, Erosion & Sediment Control, and Utility DesignRegulatory Permitting (NPDES) and Zoning approvalsStrong work ethicExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh attention to detailAbility to work independently and in a team environmentAbility to manage and design multiple concurrent projectsOOJ - 37945
