About the role
Yokohama TWS in Iowa is seeking a Mold and Bladder Maintenance Associate to maintain molds and bladders, program tire recipes into press computers, and coordinate changes with leads. You will adjust equipment, operate the curing press, and monitor parameters to ensure quality production. The role requires high school diploma/GED, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.
