About the role
- You will provide remote monitoring services to help support patients as they progress through their home-exercise therapy program
- Direct and assist users in therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training through our technology platform
- Provide ongoing feedback to the evaluating clinician on patient progress outside of the clinic
- Maintains necessary records and notes while providing remote monitoring
- Assist with improving processes and functionality of the platform
- Organize and manage a caseload while staying efficient
- As a PTA you are naturally empathetic, friendly, and love what you do!2+ years of experience in musculoskeletal health is a plus
- Graduated from an accredited physical therapy program · Active PT license in a compact state
- Active PTA license in Michigan
- Tech Savvy - thrive in a multi-platform environment, comfortably switching between systems (EHR, messaging, scheduling) without missing a beat
- Experience in behavioral modification, Health Coach Certification is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, and presentation skills, and an ability to collect and present meaningful data to drive decisions
- Strong relationship-building and listening skills
- Demonstrated patient focus; a genuine passion for the user and their experience
- Ability to multi-task and manage various types of users
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision
- The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- The ability to influence change and bring enthusiasm and excitement to the workplace
- Independent and proactive work style; quick, flexible thinking; and an open, inquisitive approach
