We are currently seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our friendly and fast-paced team. CSRs are a vital part of our clinic's success, setting the tone for each client interaction and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our medical team. We are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, compassionate, and committed to delivering exceptional servicewhether working independently or as part of a team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume environment, has strong interpersonal and communication skills, and is eager to continue learning and growing in the veterinary field.
Key Responsibilities: Greet clients warmly and assist with check-in and patient intakeProvide prompt and courteous communication by phone, text, and emailSchedule and confirm appointments accurately and efficientlyEducate clients using appropriate veterinary terminologyRelay patient information clearly to doctors and support staffManage check-out procedures, including billing and payment processingIdentify patients requiring special handling (e.g., isolation cases) Maintain a cheerful and professional demeanor with both clients and team membersSupport pharmacy and surgical discharge procedures (preferred for experienced candidates)
