About the role

Job Description: Established 2007, we operate two small shops, one in El Cajon and one in Ontario, both specializing in Clean Truck Check (CTC) testing and Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF) cleaning. We are growing and looking for a knowledgeable Shop Technician to run our El Cajon location.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, approximately 9:00 AM–2:00 PMSome weekends as needed Flexible schedule – great opportunity for someone with a second job or school schedule, or someone looking to step out of retirement.
What We're Looking For: You must know your way around a diesel truck and understand diesel emissions systems. Experience or knowledge in any of the following is a strong plus:
  • Diesel Mechanic – certification NOT required
  • Smog TechnicianCTC OBDCTC OVIDPF heat cleaningDPF hydrogen cleaning
  • Diesel emissions systems
  • California's diesel emission regulations
The right candidate will be trained and credentialed through our company to perform Clean Truck Check testing and DPF cleaning.
Pay & Benefits: $23–$38 per hour, depending on your knowledge, experience, certifications, and skill level. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced diesel technician or someone with strong diesel/emissions knowledge who wants to learn a specialized and growing area of the industry.
