About the role

Insure National has been selected to support a new claims system implementation for a Third Party Administrator (TPA) serving the Property & Casualty insurance industry. As part of this consulting engagement, we are assembling a project team and hiring a Claims Data Analyst to support data migration, validation, and implementation testing. In this role, you will analyze claims data from the existing system, support data mapping into the new platform, and identify data quality issues that need to be resolved before migration. You will validate migrated data, reconcile records between systems, and assist with testing to ensure the new platform accurately supports day-to-day claims operations. Working closely with claims, business, and technology teams, you will investigate discrepancies, resolve data-related implementation issues, and help prepare the organization for a successful transition. This is a fully remote role but you must be able to work PST hours. This is a W-2 contract opportunity. No corp-to-corp (C2C) arrangements.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
