About the role
Adecco is seeking to hire a Sr. Project Order Associate: Prepare work orders for the day and distribute to the team Main point of contact for all activities related to Johnson & Johnson, including: Receive, ship and store all chemical compounds for Johnson & Johnson Prepare shipping documents, labels, etc. for chemical compounds being shipped to Johnson & Johnson Register any incoming chemical compounds related to Johnson & Johnson Works with Operational Manager on client-facing communications, including meetings, email communications, etc. Assists Site Manager as needed with oversight of production team duties Works with Site Manager to train new production team members Process client weigh order request – including precisely measuring chemicals per order instructions Perform tare weigh, weight capture and gross weigh for all orders Maintain inventory control with the use of computerized systems Maintains a clean and safe working environment – including wiping down work area, thoroughly cleaning all utensils, restock supplies, sweep work station and remove all trash Follow standard operating procedures and ensure deadlines are met Maintains regular work schedule and is free from excessive absenteeism or tardiness Performs all other duties as assigned
Pay Details:
