Sales Account Executive - Manufacturing Naperville, IL (Hybrid)$120K–$125K Base + Uncapped Commission Direct Hire | Employee-Owned Company An established, employee-owned manufacturer is seeking a Sales Account Executive to drive new business development and grow existing customer relationships throughout an assigned territory. In this consultative B2B sales role, you will work with customers to develop packaging solutions. You'll manage the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation through contract negotiation, project coordination, and long-term account management.
Qualifications:
