About the role
Supporting training programs remotely with in-person performance in Indiana, the part-time Research, Evaluation & Program Operations Specialist will conduct market research, coordinate interviews, administer program evaluations, and maintain records while preparing government deliverables.
Key responsibilities
Conduct market analysis focusing on the Indiana recruiting market and employment trends
Plan and document recruiter and junior-leader interviews to address leadership challenges and development needs
Administer training assessments and prepare quarterly outcome reports with improvement recommendations
Required qualifications
Three or more years of experience in applied research, program evaluation, or project coordination
Demonstrated ability to conduct qualitative interviews and analyze data
Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, presentations, and survey tools
Ability to manage confidential and personally identifiable information appropriately
Willingness to travel within Indiana for scheduled events as needed
